Newly constructed building located in the center of the Eixample, on Provenza Street, entirely designed to convey a timeless and Mediterranean elegance.

With a proposal of 30 temporary rental units, the apartments combine light wood floors, noble materials such as wicker and ceramics, and an open layout designed for long stays with high standards of comfort.

The interior space offers flexible areas for work, rest, and daily living, all integrated into a neutral and relaxing environment. The building features an elevator and quality common areas, and is located just a few meters from Passeig de Gràcia, in a setting that blends the classic character of the Eixample with carefully crafted contemporary architecture.

The ideal profile is the international freelance or young professional with an eye for aesthetics, who values neighborhoods with identity and good connections. After delivery in 2023 (stage 4: Delivery), commercialization was successfully launched (5. Booking). Currently, Vivendom manages day-to-day operations (6. Operation), financial control (7. Accounting), and profitability reporting (8. Reporting). At the same time, services and materials are reviewed to maintain the competitive edge (9. R&D).
