Regenerating urban spaces, improving quality of life, reducing unnecessary consumption, and applying sustainable measures without compromising profitability. Our approach combines technical rigor with common sense to achieve a balance between efficiency and real value. These are our three pillars of action to drive responsible investment and make the real estate sector more sustainable and fair.

Social responsibility

We facilitate access to subsidized housing
We invest in subsidized housing projects (VPO). Our goal is clear: to facilitate access to affordable housing without compromising economic sustainability or asset quality.

Environmental responsibility

We pursue energy efficiency
We implement energy efficiency measures and select sustainable materials. From aerothermal systems to low environmental footprint structures, our technical approach aims to improve performance without resorting to superficial solutions. We are currently developing our own design protocol to align each project with international standards such as BREEAM.

Four of our assets have already achieved the highest ratings in environmental certifications, anticipating the new EU requirements: from 2030, homes with an energy label of F or G will neither be sold nor rented, and from 2033, neither will those with an E.

Legal and ethical responsibility

We comply with all regulations down to the last detail
All our projects strictly adhere to current regulations, ensuring documentary traceability and legal and fiscal control. We have external audits for financial and technical control, policies to select responsible suppliers, and digital tools that allow investors to securely and clearly access all key information about their asset.
