This is a heritage building with archaeological remains of high historical value, combining architectural restoration with modern, efficient interior design that respects the original structure.

The residences will include fully equipped kitchens, advanced climate control, and high-quality functional furniture, designed for a demanding and culturally sensitive profile (BP2/BP5), such as international executives or consultants.

The project is currently in the development phase, coordinating various administrations and defining construction phases to protect the archaeological heritage and begin the Build phase. The proposal contemplates a full implementation of the Vivendom model in all its stages, although a unit-by-unit sales strategy is also being considered.
