The Camèlies project, with 10 units intended for temporary rental and a total investment of €2.4 million, represents the transformation of an old industrial building into a functional residential complex adapted to current needs.
Located in Gràcia, in a quiet setting but close to commercial and university areas, it offers an attractive proposition for master's or doctoral students, researchers, and families in a transition period (BP4/BP6).
The architectural design is simple yet efficient, with equipped kitchens, work areas, and climate control systems. The project has been fully managed by Vivendom from the model definition (2), construction and interior design (3-4), to marketing (5) and active management of the entire cycle (6 to 9).
