Milans

Milans Street, 4

Project Information

Located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, the Milans project transforms a historic building into 11 temporary rental apartments, with an investment of €5.9 million.

The comprehensive renovation combines exposed brick, original beams, and contemporary finishes, creating spaces with an urban character and modern functionality. Open kitchens, clean-lined furniture, and thermal and acoustic efficiency make these homes an ideal option for creative and cosmopolitan stays.

The design breathes a warm industrial aesthetic, reflecting the artistic energy of the neighborhood. It targets profiles such as the creative freelancer (BP3) or the international student (BP2), who seek cultural immersion and personalized style.

The project management has been technically demanding: after an acquisition with structural and legal analysis, the works are divided into two phases. The first (8 units) is already fully operational with the stages of Booking, Operation, Accounting, and Reporting (5-8) active. The second phase, with 3 units pending change of use, follows the full Vivendom cycle, including energy efficiency improvements and high-end finishes, with plans for upcoming market entry.
